Do you write the manual or just compile documents?
Both. We compile and organise your documents into the correct structure, and we write the system descriptions, operating instructions, and maintenance schedules around them. The finished manual is a proper document — not just a folder of PDFs.
Do subcontractors need to provide O&M manuals?
In most cases, yes. Subcontract agreements typically require each trade to submit their section of the O&M documentation as a condition of final payment. Failing to provide O&M documentation can result in delayed practical completion and withheld retention.
